Tadano has opened a satellite office in Greensboro, NC to better serve customers in the eastern region.  The office is being run by Mr. Bob Lupo, East Coast Regional Service Manager.  “This office gives us an official presence on the east coast and can work as a gathering and communications portal for the entire east coast field service team,” said Lupo.  The current field service engineers for the east coast region include Art Koerner of Pennsylvania, Michael Blake of North Carolina, Jeffrey Skilling of Florida, and Eddie Bergeron of Louisiana. Lupo added “it’s a great place to base operations to support the eastern region Tadano customers.” 

Expected activities at the new office include centralizing communications for the field service personnel, hosting meetings and regular internal training sessions, and even stocking a number of critical parts.  The office operates in the eastern time zone and is centrally located between the northern and southern parts of the eastern territory.
