We are Pleased to inform you that, TADANO Ltd. acquired 100% stocks of Span Deck Inc., which is a leading manufacturer of hydraulic telescoping crawler cranes("Mantis" brand) located in Franklin, Tennessee. This transaction was made through TADANO America Holdings, Inc. (seperate entity from TADANO America Corporation) which was newly formed for this purpose.

We believe this acquisition will greatly contribute to further growth in the crane business for the Tadano Group.
